Further Development Of A More Abstract Style.

I have been continuing with this style and I am enjoying it. These paintings are done with a pallet knife and as usual I mix up the pallet first. I like to get an idea of the tone of the painting and then mix up most of the colours I want in it first (There are always a few teeks later but mainly I mix the paint first). I have been using quite bold colour in these and I think I will try pushing that more. 

Most of these paintings are semi abstract landscapes and I have tried a few beach paintings too. But I think the style is best suited to landscape. The landscapes are part imagination and sometimes done from a sketch and sometimes I just start the painting and go with how it evolves.
